About the Role: We’re seeking a full-time Social Media Manager / Content Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of multiple client social media accounts – managing everything from strategy and content creation to analytics and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and clients to plan, create, and execute organic social campaigns that bring complex ideas to life in accessible, visually compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality graphics, videos, and carousels aligned with client goals and brand aesthetics

  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts that translate complex health and science topics into approachable, shareable content

  • Manage posting schedules, analytics tracking, and performance reports

  • Collaborate with clients and internal team on content planning, approvals, and creative direction

  • Oversee community management (comments, DMs, engagement) when needed per client

  • Take initiative in improving processes, exploring new trends, and identifying growth opportunities for both clients and the agency

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or communications

  • Are comfortable leading strategy and managing accounts with minimal hand-holding

  • Have a portfolio or examples showcasing your design and content creation skills 

  • Have strong writing skills and can translate technical or medical information into clear, relatable content

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

  • Thrive in a small, fast-moving team and care deeply about mission-driven storytelling

  • (Bonus) have experience or interest in the medical, wellness, or scientific space
